Holiday Art Fair Application

Medium Art Center is now accepting applications for our annual Holiday Art Fair.

The Holiday Art Fair will be held Saturday, Dec. 5, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Medium Art Center, 110 S. School St. in Ukiah. Vendor setup begins at 9:30 a.m. Vendor spaces are $60. We have a limited number of tables and chairs available. Please reserve them on your application if needed, or plan to bring your own.

Applications are due Sunday, Nov. 15. Accepted vendors will be notified Nov. 17. Space is limited, so we encourage you to apply early.

We are looking for a varied mix of artists, makers, and small producers. We welcome original art, ceramics, jewelry, handmade goods, floral work, gift sets, and specialty foods such as candy, jams, and olive oil. Prints, stickers, zines, apparel, and other products based on your original artwork are also welcome.

Please include images with your application showing examples of what you plan to sell. We use these images to review applications and create a good mix of artists, makers, and products for the fair.

Medium Art Center will promote the Holiday Art Fair through social media, our email list, local media, and community outreach. We also ask participating vendors to help spread the word through their own social media and contacts. Vendors are responsible for their products, displays, payment methods, and sales supplies. Please bring any table coverings, shopping bags, business cards, signage, or other materials you need for your space.

Accepted vendors will receive instructions for paying the $60 space fee. Your space is confirmed once payment is received. Some applicants may be placed on a waitlist and contacted if space becomes available. If you are not selected this time, please apply again. You are also welcome to contact us for feedback.

If Medium Art Center must cancel the Holiday Art Fair, vendors will receive a full refund. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than three days before the fair will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within three days of the fair are not eligible for a refund.
