Call for Entry: Community Youth Art Exhibition

Medium Art Center invites youth aged 18 and under to submit artwork for their upcoming fifth annual youth group exhibition, on display in March. Artists aged 18 and under are invited to create a piece of artwork of their choosing.  Get creative, get messy, and make some art!  All mediums will be considered. 

Pieces chosen for in-person display at Medium Art Center in Ukiah have the option to be listed for sale with no commission fee.

Submission Details:

• There is no entry fee, and there is a limit of one entry per artist aged 18 and under.

• Work must be framed or mounted and hang-ready.*

• Deadline for entries: Friday, February 15th, 2026, 11:59 PM PST.

• Opening reception: Friday, March 6th, 2026, 5:00-8:00 PM PST.

• There will be a Youth Makers Market at Medium during the show opening on March 6th, 5:00-8:00, with young makers selling their wares.

• The show runs through Saturday, March 31st, 2026.

*Work should be framed or mounted with appropriate hardware for hanging or ready to display on a pedestal. For questions about getting work “hang-ready,” email us at info@deepvalleyarts.org.

MEDIUM Art Center is an artist-led nonprofit dedicated to supporting accessible, inclusive, and experimental art. Located in downtown Ukiah, the art center hosts exhibitions, workshops, and performances throughout the year.
