MEDIUM Art Center will host a two-day collage workshop with artist Winston Smith on Saturday, March 21, and Sunday, March 22, from 1 to 4 p.m. both days.

Spend two immersive days exploring the art of collage — cutting, layering, composition, and storytelling through found imagery. Participants will experiment with texture, scale, abstraction, and narrative while developing their own unique visual language.
No prior art experience required. All levels welcome.

About Winston Smith:
Winston Smith is an American collage artist known for sharp, subversive photomontage. He designed the iconic logo and much of the artwork for Dead Kennedys, blending political critique and punk imagery to challenge power, media, and conformity.
This project was funded by a grant from the Community Foundation of Mendocino County.
