We at Medium Art Center are thrilled that you want to hold your event in our creative community space.

It is a welcoming space for private gatherings, birthday parties, or corporate events.

Art Center Event Rentals can be arranged for weekends or after regular business hours during the week.

If desired, you can select an art project with instructions for an additional fee.

Collage Party

Pore over magazines and decorative papers to piece together your own piece of art.

Collage materials and instruction provided for a maximum of 15 artists

Additional Cost of $40

Watercolor Party

Choose a theme and your instructor will guide you through the techniques to create a watercolor painting, or create something from your own imagination.

Printmaking materials and instruction provided for a maximum of 15 artists

Additional Cost of $50

Art Center Rental Information:

  • Fee $300

  • A $100 deposit is required to hold the date (non-refundable, 3 weeks prior to party date), with the remainder due the day of the party. 

  • Includes 3 hours total (2-hour event, with 30 minutes to set up and 30 minutes to break down)

  • 30 people maximum for children's parties (children and adults combined)

  • Weeknights and Saturdays after 6 pm or Sundays 12 pm to 5 pm

  • If you need a specific time slot not listed above, please discuss with the staff

  • Tables and chairs provided 10 - 6ft tables, and 35 folding chairs. 

  • A small fridge will hold drinks, but not a large amount of food or a cake.

You are welcome to bring an ice chest for additional cold storage if needed.

  • Food can be brought in and eaten in the back room 

  • ​Please NO confetti, loose glitter, silly string, or other messy party favors.

Art Center Event Rules are as follows:

Our goal is to provide a safe, creative space for your event.  We ask that all in attendance show respect for the space. Please be advised that this space houses artwork. All guests must respect the artwork and refrain from touching any displayed work.
