Makers Market Application

Medium Art Center welcomes submissions for our juried Makers Market, taking place on October 4th, 2025, at the MEDIUM Art Center in downtown Ukiah.

  • Saturday, October 4th, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (setup begins at 8:30 a.m.)

  • $40 space rental.

  • We have limited tables and chairs available if needed. Please reserve one, or bring your own.

  • The application deadline is Sunday, September 21st.

  • Acceptance notification September 23rd.

  • Space is limited, so apply early.

We are looking for crafts, ceramics, jewelry, floral arrangements, original artwork, gift sets, and specialty food, such as candy, jams, olive oil, etc.

Medium Art Center will provide space for one 6-foot table and two chairs, as well as event promotion via our social media channels, email lists, and local media.

If approved, you are responsible for your product, payment method, display area, and items to complete sales (shopping bags, business cards, receipts, etc.) Participants are asked to help spread the word on their social platforms and through their contacts.

The application will require images to show an example of the artwork you will sell. Original artwork of any medium and merchandise created from original work is acceptable, such as stickers, zines, prints, apparel, etc.

Space is limited, and if you are placed on the waitlist, we will notify you if a booth should open up.

If you are not invited to participate, we encourage you to keep trying and ask us for feedback. We are here for the community to be successful!

If we have to cancel the market, you will receive a full refund. If you need to cancel, we will try to fill the space on our waitlist for a full refund.

- 3 days prior to the event cancellation will forfeit a refund.

Upon acceptance to the market, you will receive a request for table fee payment, which will confirm your spot.
