Holiday Art Fair Application
Medium Art Center welcomes submissions for our juried Holiday Art Fair, taking place on December 6th, 2025, at the MEDIUM Art Center in downtown Ukiah.
Saturday, December 6th, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (setup begins at 9:30 a.m.)
$60 space rental.
We have a limited number of tables and chairs available if needed. Please reserve one, or bring your own.
The application deadline is Sunday, November 16th.
Acceptance notification on November 18th.
Space is limited, so apply early.
We are looking for crafts, ceramics, jewelry, floral arrangements, original artwork, gift sets, and specialty foods like candy, jams, and olive oil.
The Medium Art Center will provide space for one 6-foot table and two chairs, and will promote the event through our social media channels, email lists, and local media.
If approved, you are responsible for your product, payment method, display area, and items necessary to complete sales (such as shopping bags, business cards, and receipts). Participants are asked to help spread the word on their social platforms and through their contacts.
The application will require images to demonstrate an example of the artwork you plan to sell. Original artwork of any medium, as well as merchandise created from original work, is acceptable, including stickers, zines, prints, and apparel.
Space is limited, and if you are placed on the waitlist, we will notify you if a booth becomes available.
If you are not invited to participate, we encourage you to keep trying and ask us for feedback. We are here to support the community's success!
If we have to cancel the art fair, you will receive a full refund. If you need to cancel, we will attempt to fill the space on our waitlist and provide a full refund.
- 3 days before the event cancellation will forfeit a refund.
Upon acceptance to the market, you will receive a request for table fee payment, which will confirm your spot.
