“Small Works” Juried Art Exhibition Opens at Medium Art Center
Medium Art Center announces its December juried group exhibition, “Small Works,” a juried art exhibition held at MEDIUM Art Center in Ukiah from December 5th through December 27th.
Coinciding with the onset of the holiday shopping season, this non-traditional art show will feature works of all mediums priced at $200 or less. All sales are “cash and carry,” meaning purchasers will get to take the piece with them when they buy it. The goal is to close the gallery with empty walls.
Opening Reception: First Friday Art Walk: Friday, December 5th, 2025, from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Beverages and light refreshments available. Wine provided by Saracina Vineyards.
Community Art Project: Ornament-making workshop. All supplies provided.
Music: Singer/songwriter Heidi Peterman is only 5'4 but likes to write music about her big feelings. Her music sits at the crossroads of Folk, Orchestral Pop, Jazz, and R&B, blending into a tender patchwork of whimsical storytelling and emotionally rich arrangements. Her songs live quaintly between the soft hum of nostalgia and the haunting imagination of what could have been.
Come support the arts!
The exhibition is free and open to the public. Gallery hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., with extended hours on the First Friday of each month from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
